My name’s David, a qualified personal trainer with a deep-rooted passion for fitness with over 10 years of personal experience.  Now, I am eager to share my passion with others. My goal is to help people achieve their fitness objectives and guide them on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

No two individuals are the same. Every person has a unique body, goals, and lifestyles that influence how they respond to exercise and nutrition. The approaches that work for one person may not be suitable for another—and that's why all the services I offer are designed specifically for each client.

My role is to help you get the most out of your fitness journey, whether you're looking to, gain muscle, lose weight, increase endurance, or simply feel better in your body. I offer a range of services to meet those needs, from nutritional plans and in-depth fitness, to one-off private training sessions for targeted support or technique improvement.

I also recognize the importance of transparency. When choosing a personal trainer, you deserve to know exactly what you’re signing up for. That’s why I provide a clear and detailed list of services, including a scope of services and the pricing associated with them so you feel informed at every step.

However, everyone’s journey is different, and I’m always open to discussing personalized requests that may not appear in my standard offerings. If you’re not sure which service is right for you, or if you have a particular goal in mind but don’t know where to start, I encourage you to reach out. I’ll be happy to help guide you toward the best option for your unique situation.

FAQs

Online personal training is for anyone. My program will be designed for you, depending on your experience and goals. You also don’t need to dedicate seven days a week to exercise. It is also cheaper than an in-person trainer!

Is online personal training for me?

I communicate via calls or messages. I will check in frequently to make sure that you’re feeling good about your program and exercises and will keep you accountable for following the program and do our best to get the results you want. I’m here to support you and your journey. Once you get in touch, I’ll do my best to get back to you as soon as possible!

How do you communicate with your clients?

You don’t need to reside in the UK to follow my programs. You can be anywhere in the world, and it doesn’t matter if you travel frequently. Please, keep in mind that depending on your goals, you might need to have access to certain equipment, regardless of where you are.

Do I need to live in the UK to follow your programs?

I’ll deliver your program as soon as possible after the initial assessment. Different people have different requirements and I want to make sure that everything I deliver is completely tailored to your goals.

How long does it take to design a plan?

Yes! You have access to a large base of video tutorials. You can check at any time. If you’re still unsure, you can ask me, and we’ll find the most suitable way of making sure you’re doing your exercises correctly.

I don’t know how to do some exercises. Can you help?

We can measure your progress in different ways depending on your goals. For example, with pictures, scales, body composition, strength... It will all come down to what you want to achieve! Progress will also depend on when and what results you want to see. This is why is important to track your workouts to ensure we’re working towards your goals!

How is progress measured?

Yes, you can cancel at any time after the minimum 3-month commitment period. It might seem like a long time, but it’s a reasonable period to start seeing some results, plus there are always offers running, so enquire when you get in touch!

After trying, I think this is not for me. Can I cancel?

All information that you share with me, is protected by GDPR, and will not be shared with anybody else, person or company. This information might include pictures, recorded video calls, and nutritional or lifestyle information. If at some point, I would like to request a testimonial, this will be done with prior information and consent. You can also request to access your data at any time.

I'm worried about sharing personal information

You will receive a nutrition plan, with calories and macronutrient goals. We track your food intake with a food diary. This provides more accountability than meal plans, and it’s likely to help you stick to it for life. It also doesn’t matter if you’re vegetarian or vegan. If you need some ideas for lunch, check out my free recipes! Please remember that these recipes are meant to be for everyone. Some of them are high in calories and some are low in calories. Some people struggle to lose weight, but some want to gain weight! Always check on what suits you best!
